Since this question is not related to a feature from an specific tracker, I've moved your post from Charge HR to the right board so this can help other users with the same concern. I'd like to clarify that Israel is not listed in the countries list, my suggestion is setting your Fitbit account to set the location automatic, to do it go to the account tile from the Fitbit app, then select 'Advance settings' and turn on the Automatic option.
For the Israel location, I suggest voting for this awesome request already posted by another Fitbitter to increase the countries list.
