App closing when trying to access community otlr view profiles.

Hi all, when I press the community and friends button the app closes. I can't view profiles, all I can access is the front page. Is anyone else having this problem? The whole app is closing down...it is so annoying.

Hi, I am having the same problem. Very annoyed with it too. If someone knows how to fix it, please share it.

My problem is solved...just uninstall the Fitbit app and then reinstall, all good for me after doing that 😊❤️

I worried I'd forgotten my password but it uses email to recover and change. All the best, it's great to be online again.
