This is app constantly crashes. Has been getting worse in the past few months. Screen blacks out...freezes. Not going to buy another expensive Fitbit product until they fix the app problem.

Look to see if your Fitbit App needs updating and if your phone needs an update as well. If both are fully updated ad your still experiencing the issue I’d try clearing the cache and restarting your phone to see if that helps.
Here’s how:
Log out of the Fitbit App, Tap the gear wheel settings on your android phone then scroll down to and tap apps. Find Fitbit in the list of apps and tap it. Next scroll down and tap storage. Look to the bottom of your screen where it says Clear Cache and tap it.
Now restart your phone then log back into the Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password. Hopefully this will help fix the issue.
