Hello,
I've had an ionic for a week. An update came out last night for my ionic via the app on my android. I ran the update but then directly after the app on my phone started crashing seconds after opening. I've also lost the main clock on my ionic. I've had a fitbit for at least 8 years and never had these issues. I've uninstalled the app, forced a stop, turned off the phone but nothing works. It very frustrating having spent so much money for the system not to work. Any help is welcome.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? The app crashes with specific tiles or when you tap on specific features?
