Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I am still unable to sync my Android and fitbit3. All was good until 12/19.
Any other suggestions?

If you're still experiencing syncing difficulties, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties? Since the steps that were shared on my previous post were tried with no avail, please try the following:
