App crash tapping Community tab

I've opened my app to add a friend onto my fitbit it works fine on my stats but when I click on community it just closes the app straight away. I've restarted my phone I've logged out deleted app and reinstalled cleared cache and still can't get onto community. When I went to add my friend it let me on and search I added her but turns out it wasn't her it's not a hack or anything is it? suspicious it happened after adding a random person

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please follow the next steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.

Huwaii p20 Pro is my phone. Never had this issue before. Have done all the above already and is still doing it I contacted fitbit and they don't know why its doing this they said they would email me but heard nothing since.
