App crash with active trail challenges

Anyone else have trouble with the app closing when trying to open a trail challenge? It only does that when I try to open an active trail challenge. Other challenges work fine

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to open the a trail challenge? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

To move forward with this, can you please let me know if the troubleshooting steps from my previous post were tried? It seems that this is occurring due to a bug, therefore, by uninstalling and reinstalling the app you should resolve this.
