My app will not open. When I click on the app the Fitbit logo comes up in the middle of the screen and then I get a message that says Fitbit has stopped, close app or send feedback. I have contacted support (this has been going on for 2 weeks now). I have tried everything they have said and they ended up saying it was on their end. I have the new updated Fitbit software 2.74.1 that just came out. I have deleted and re-added app many times. I have rebooted the phone. I have turned the phone off for 10 min. and turned back on. I have forced stopped app. I have cleared my cache on my phone. I have cleared the cache on the app and cleared the data (although simply uninstalling the app it does the same). Can anyone offer any insight to what is going on? My phone is a Moto Z Force Droid. It is on Android 8.0 and software OCLS27.76-69-4

Hello @rwilliams115.
Thanks for sharing your experience on the matter.
After checking around I think it could be because the Force Droid is not currently in our supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully tested to work with that device and as such there might be some optimization or compatibility issues, like the one that you are experiencing.
As long as the phone meets the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 Bluetooth 4.0, and there is a possibility that it will work. Having said that, you have gone through a lot of troubleshooting to no avail. I'll be sharing this with the team, but at this time we do not have any information on when we could expect that phone to be compatible.
In the meantime, could you use a computer or a different device to use with the Fitbit app?
Let me know if you have any further questions.
