I just synced myFitbit One with my phone. It erased all steps back to January 25th, including today. Everything after January 24 has "0" steps. What's going on???? I walked almost 4 miles yesterday. The dashboard says 81 active minutes and 0 steps.

Hello @SunsetRunner.
I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.
Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing on the app? That way I'd be able to better understand what is going on and what is the best way to go about it.
Look forward to your reply.
