App erased data back to February 25th

I just synced myFitbit One with my phone.  It erased all steps back to January 25th, including today.  Everything after January 24 has "0" steps.  What's going on????  I walked almost 4 miles yesterday.  The dashboard says 81 active minutes and 0 steps.

Hello @SunsetRunner.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing on the app? That way I'd be able to better understand what is going on and what is the best way to go about it.

Look forward to your reply.

Thank you forgetting in touch. I'm sending a screenshot of the 24th, which
was normal. And then a screenshot of the day I walk 4 miles, and you can
see the 81 active minutes, and then the last day is the one where it wiped
out an additional 1600 steps that I had before I synced.

In the meantime I'd like to ask if it is possible that you created a new account and that's why the information is not showing up any more.
