App is not syncing with Versa

The app almost never syncs with the watch. You have to keep refreshing like 10 times before it recognizes any change. They said it will get better with the new update, but I don't see any improvement.

@Sal1991 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for your efforts while working on this situation. 

I'd like you to make sure that you have one of the latest Fitbit app versions installed, the newest version is 3.41. However keep in mind that this is a phase rollout which means that not everyone will get it at the same time. 

If you keep experiencing this, let me know the phone model and OS installed on it.

Hi, my Versa 2 won't receive any notifications and it doesn't stay synced to my phone. I called fitbit, the gentleman said my phone didn't have the update app of fitbit but he said it's because of the playstore. So how do I get this to work, or do I need to return this $175 watch I just bought. Please help.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. I'd like you to make sure that you have installed the latest Fitbit app version on your phone, to do so, visit the Playstore and look for updates, if there's one, please install it.
