So I'm not sure what is wrong with the app since the update, but I haven't been able to access the community tab in order to accept challenges. Does anyone else have the same problem? I have reset my phone, logged out and back in and nothing seems to work.
Hi @JamminJen have you tried cleaning the cache on your app? Sometimes that helps when there is a glitch. Let us know.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app crashing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phones are you using and which OS version is it running? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and make sure the app has all the permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) enabled.
