App on Android keeps spiking steps using mobile track. NO, I do not also have it connected to a fitbit, it is only mobile track. When I should be at like 5k steps it will jump to 18,000 but then go back down later in the day, today is the second day in a row it has done this?
Best AnswerHi, @Calebgee! Do you have another fitness tracking app on the phone? You can use that to see if it's the Fitbit app or the hardware that's the problem.

Best AnswerSorry yes, I was trying to explain it is in fact the app, with Google Fit on too, steps are where they should be (hardware is fine). The fitbit app jumps by 13-15000 steps and then a few hours later will go back to where it should be.
