App not opening Fitbit.com is unavailable

For the past hour, when I go to open the app I keep getting the response that Fitbit.com is unavailable.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I can get to my dashboard via my laptop, but with the app not responding nothing is updating.

I've been having the same issue on my Android phone for the last several hours. Earlier today, I could log into the app, but it couldn't sync, saying "device not found."

Same here.

The same thing here. I was having trouble syncing earlier so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I cannot even login to the app because it says that Fitbit.com is unavailable.

currently the app is syncing half my data.  pulling steps, calories and steps.  not active minutes or strava, or other things.  it keeps reloading the data it is pulling.  it will even show my current heart rate in time with my fitbit.

android is up to date, the app is up to date.  i have disconnected every other bluetooth device in a 5 mile radius.  blah blah blah.  this ionic has been going through periodic syncing issues since i bought it two months ago.  This is a new type of issue, but it boils down to the same issue.  i'm beginning to think the problem is actually with fitbit's services.  this is my third fitbit device but it will probably be my last.

Same for me. Had issues syncing for days. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Now cannot log in.

Yes, I've been having the same problem for the past hour. It keeps giving me different errors that don't make sense.

"No internet connection"

"Invalid username or password"

"Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later"

I've tried everything.

I am having the same issue.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same message.  Either Fitbit.com is unavailable or a message telling me I don't have a network.

Also having this issue. Just finished a spinning session and went to log it. Since my tracker was supposedly syncing on the main screen but not when I went into the profile for it (and thus I was having issues getting the app to properly register the workout; I always seem to have syncing problems when the fitbit's battery is low, but if it's not syncing then I don't know the battery is low), I tried uninstalling and reinstalling (after rebooting my phone didn't work). Now I can't log in, and it's giving me the following error messages at random when I try:

"Network operation failed. No network connection. Please check your settings."

"Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later."

"No internet connection."

Haven't gotten the password one yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

I hope this is similar to previous issues like this I've seen in the forums where it's something on Fitbit's end that went sideways and hopefully they're working to fix it.
