App not recording active minutes

My Android app has not been recording active minutes from my Flex for two weeks now. Before it was recording fine-varying levels depending on what I'd done that day. I understand how active minutes are calculated and I'm 100% sure I have definitely done some active minutes in the last few weeks! For example I went for a run yesterday evening. Please tell me how I can fix this. Thanks.

@Annasmm Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend performing a restart on your Flex to fix this issue. Remember that intensity is the key to gain active minutes! 

 

Try that out and let me know if you start gaining active minutes once again! Smiley Happy
