Is anyone have issues with the Versa syncing with the App? Lately my "steps per hour" and "sleep" is not syncing.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details.
In this case, I'd like to ask you to clarify if it is the Fitbit that is not syncing or if it is syncing and the information not showing up?
If it is the former then please try following the steps in this help article, if the latter then try logging out and then logging back in. This last one will help so that all information is loaded from the servers in case it did sync but it won't show up on the Dashboard.

I'm also having the same problem. My watch is showing Wednesdays sleep and exercise everything else is cool. I have reset watch logged out of fitbit, restarted my phone and restated blue tooth. Any other ideas ? Thanks

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to set up your Fitbit as if it was a replacement. To do so, you can follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting it all to work correctly and display the proper information.

My Versa is not syncing again t the Fitbit App. I've tried turning the Bluetooth on an off, powered down my Versa, logged on and off of my Fitbit app, uninstall and reinstall the app. Why does this happen periodically? I love the Versa, but if this keeps happening I may have to change. Do you have any more suggestions? I can see I'm not the only one that this keeps happing to.

So I've had this problem for the last 2 days since I got a new phone. I did everything I could think of (resetting the watch and phone, closing app, logging out then back in, restarting bluetooth, uninstalling app etc) but it still wouldn't sync and provide notifications. The only thing that worked (which I just saw in this forum) was to delete the Versa from my account completely and reconfigure it again as if it was new. I even had syncing issues where my bluetooth wouldn't connect during the install, but realized I needed to go back & remove/unpair all of the previous devices (including the Versa itself). Once I did that, everything went smoothly and all my activity from the last couple days downloaded. The only bad thing is that I have to redo all of my preferences inside the app dashboard. However, the settings on my watch were unchanged. I hope this helps you.

Hello, I purchased a new versa to replace my old fit bit. I can't get it working. I ended up deleting my old fitbit and now it says the versa syncs with my tablet and phone. However I can't get the versa to open so I don't know how it syncs with it. With Bluetooth on it shows up now on my tablet but not my phone, whereas yesterday it showed on my phone and not my tablet. I have tried for days the information on the forums, deleting, turning bluetooth off and on etc all while sitting next to my router. It will not update the new information on either my tablet or phone. It says to turn off bluetooth and then retry it. Im ready to return it and get another. Am I doing something wrong?
