Hello @jkg0005, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Is this issue limited only to your steps or is it happening with other stats too?
If this issue is in general and is not syncing your information, please give it a try to these steps: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
If this is only happening with your steps, please let me know if you are doing an exercise in specific? Some categories of exercise may vary in the stats are recording. Also let me know if the steps are visible on your tracker' screen or the steps are missing there too?
