My app is not counting my steps. I'm using LG G6. What is the problem. Please help.

Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall?

 

Shut down the phone for a minute after Uninstall

Because the LG G6 is not a supported device, we are not able to guarantee all of the features will work correctly, or that the app itself will behave as intended on that mobile device. If you're using a Fitbit tracker to record your steps you could sync it using a computer or a compatible device.
