Does app work on samsung galaxy Xcover 3

Hello everyone,

I'm about to buy a fitbit Alta HR and I was wondering if the fitbit app would work with my Samsung Galaxy Xcover3? Next to that I also have a samsung tab 2 is that a device that someone here succesfully is using or used with his\here fitbit? If none of those work I hope I can work directly with my computer...

(I did use the compatebility-link but non of my divices are in there so just to make sure they wrealy aren't...)

Hello @HanneloreAltaHR! Welcome to the Community.

Thanks for checking the compatibility list before coming  in. Like you mentioned, none of those devices are currently on that list. It is possible that they will work to sync your Fitbit, however we're not able to guarantee whether they will or not. Because of that I think that using a computer would be the best option.

In order to sync with a computer you have to download the Fitbit app from the Microsoft store (if using Windows 10) or the Fitbit Connect software from our website.
