App not working properly.

Hi all, I could use your help. I have had my flex 2 since the beginning of 2018 and haven't had too many issues until now. My android app keeps saying that it cannot load my notifications and that Fitbit is down for maintenance. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Fitbit app twice. I have tried everything except for unpairing and repairing my Fitbit device, which it won't let me do because it is telling me Fitbit is down for maintenance. I have even taken my phone off of the wifi and on the wifi, so connectivity isn't the issue. Please help.

Hi, @wrennb! Have you tried clearing the app's cache and data? Those don't clear out with the uninstall, so could still be causing you issues.

HI, thank you. It worked, but only temporarily. I have the most up to date version of Fitbit running and my phone just updated this morning. I keep having to clear my cache for it to work temporarily. Thanks for the advice @MakMak! I appreciate it.
