More than 2 weeks since the app stop working. First my charge 3 stopped getting notifications, then the app stopped and cannot log in. Every time I tried to.connect ot shows a message "fitbit.com not working at the moment"...

First step is to restart the phone.
If that doesn't work check if you installed any security apps on the phone, which could block internet access.
It may also be a permission is missing for the Fitbit App. You could try uninstalling it and reinstalling, and redoing the Setup of Notifications again which are lost in that process.
