the app on my mobile forces close by itself and i am unable to update on the dashboard. when can this be resolved??

Do you get any sort of error message when this happens? What type of device are you using the app on?
In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to turn off the phone and then turn it back on. It could be that the phone is having some sort of issue running the app at the moment and a restart of it could refresh it so that the app works.
