Having trouble keeping app synched with huawei nova. Keeps on logging out.

Hello @ShAnEnAuDe, let me give you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Thank you for bring this to my attention. In this case we, have to consider the Huawei Nova is not listed as compatible, It doesn't mean it won't work but the app is not optimized to run in these devices, so we cannot guarantee the behavior of the app itself, as it may fail in certain sections or some feature may not work as is expected.

 

Nonetheless we have received reports from different users about this behavior but in our last update, this issue was resolved, here you can see more details about this issue.

 

If the issue keep persisting please try the following suggestion:

 

Please log out from your Fitbit app if your account is open, otherwise skip this step. Go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
