App shows the wrong month in the weight section for "month" and "3 months" views

Hello,

If I tap the "month" view in the weight section (for the graph) it shows November, but the X axis of the graph are all October dates. If I go back a month it will show October, but all dates on the X axis are September. And so on.

If I tap the "3 month" view, it shows "September-November", but the three months on the X axis are August, September, October. Going back one it shows "June-August" with May, June, and July on the X axis.

Is this intended? I deleted a bunch of old weight measurements because I fell off the wagon and wanted to start fresh. Could that have caused this? I've closed and re-opened the app, tried re-syncing with my Versa 2, restarted my phone, etc. I'm using version 4.2.1 of the app.

Thank you for your time.

Hi, @Bonesnap welcome to the community, I'm getting August to October in the 3 Months tab with SW v 4.2.1 I suspect deleting earlier data may have had an impact depending on what data was deleted. You could delete & reload the app and go through the re-pairing process, try clearing the cache first. Don't forget to sync your device before this process.

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Thank you for the reply.

It looks like it sorted itself out. My guess is the date change from yesterday to today did it.

Is there a way to mark this topic solved or something?

I have this same problem. It is October, but is entitled November. All the heartrate graphs are off by a month. Please fix.

I just cleared the apps's cache and it is good now.

Best Answer

No. That's not the cause of the problem. I did not delete data and it is happening to my android app which is up to date.

I just cleared the cache and it is fixed now.

Hi, @BetterL8r, can you post a screenshot of the incorrect Weight graph? I've had a look at mine & have not detected any anomaly.

Let us know by posting here again.
