App v 2.71 starts in Account settings screen.
For a split second I see a Privacy Statement page. Too short to push "agree".

The page appeared with the privacy statement and I was able to check it.
Perhaps you could try to reinstall the app?

Best AnswerI've had the same problem for a few weeks, totally drove me insane. Got it fixed now though. Log into the Fitbit website (not the app!) and you can finally accept the privacy policy changes. After that, the app works brilliantly as ever before.
