App won't sync with Inspire 2 on alarms

Having issues with my Inspire 2 and syncing with the app on silent alarms the past few days - everything else seems to sync fine but the alarms don't transfer over the from app to the watch. Have tried force restarting the app, restarting phone and watch, and resetting Bluetooth to no avail. Any other ideas? The silent alarm is nice with a 2 month old in a bassinet next to my bed...
