App won't update

My fitbit app won't update. I see my steps in my versa but the app won't update. It says I need to update my Bluetooth.

I have updated the Fitbit app,restarted Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and my phone several times. 

What shall I do. Feel like I've tried everything....

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone [I note you have already tried this]
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
