The other day, my Inspire 2 didnt sync my sleep overnight. I tried updating and it wont update. Now since i tried to update, my fitbit only shows a screen that says 'download or update fitbit app'. I tried shutting down app, shutting down phone, tried update via cellular data and wifi, fitbit is fully charged, updating while plugged into wall, nothing is working. Please help.

Since your tracker is showing the setup message, most likely you will need to set it up again. You can follow the instructions in this help article to do so.

Hi, thanks for replting, but this didnt help. The article just told me i have to link my fitbit to a phone, nothing else. I tried that multiple times, like i mentioned. Maybe i should uninstall the app?

Please uninstall the Fitbit app.
Restart your phone (off/on)
Reinstall the Fitbit app and try to setup the Inspire 2 again.
Please make sure that your phone is not set as don't disturb (silence) and that the battery saving mode is off.
