My Fitbit app isn’t updating. I’ve tried to turn my phone off and on. I have also logged out of the app and deleted it. Then re downloaded and logged back in however still no luck. Does anybody know what I can do to get it to work again please?

Having tried restarting your phone without any luck, I would try restarting your fitbit. Instructions are in this help file:
