My Charge 2 won't update. I have followed all the trouble shooting steps by resetting my Tracker, phone, turning on and off Bluetooth etc. 

(I have an andriod phone).

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? And were you able to fix the problem?

My Versa isn't updating either despite all the suggested steps.
