Fitbit not connecting

I have a Galaxy 8 and a charge 2 and my fit bit is not communicating to my phone. My notifications aren't going through. And it doesn't sync. I've tried resetting the Bluetooth turning off the app and  Currently my charge 2 is un paired nothing works. Who can help me with this?

Hi @SarinaP, welcome to the Community forums. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you've been experiencing trouble to sync your Charge 2 with your Samsung Galaxy S8, and thanks for confirming that you already tried resetting the Bluetooth and turning off the app.

 

I've checked that the phone model you mentioned is listed as a compatible device, so if you haven't done so already, I do recommend that you try all the steps here to resolve syncing problems, they have been useful to other users that have experienced something similar.
