Had my Alta HR since April 2017 and it was working fine until 16 June 2018, when it stopped syncing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've removed my tracker and tried setting it up again from scratch. Now it won't set up at all.
Really frustrated that an expensive item like this stops functioning within 14 months.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues syncing your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Hi I am having the same issue since 22nd June. Did all reset/resync/setup/reboot possible. Is there any app update during that period that's causing the problem?
