Apps failure

My fitbit apps on my note5 was well at the very first time i startes using it. Im a new user not a month yet.

Last week, fitbit apps keeps closing down on me whenever I wanted to track on my sleep chart.

I tried to restart my phone and even tried to redownload the apps again, still nothing help..

Having the app close on its own must be really frustrating. So that I can better understand what is going on, I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • Do you have any sort of firewall or antivirus on your mobile? Perhaps that is prompting the app to close.
  • When this happens, have you gotten any error messages? If so, what do they say?
  • Did you perform any sort of update that might have caused this to happen?

Hi. It just closed without giving me any message.
And, how do I know whether is my firewall setting is causing this problem? Can you guide me where to check my firewall settings?
Seriously, up till now the apps just keep closing up automatically whenever I wanted to check on my sleep chart and it is so frustrating.. 😞

Hey @JCtheGymMum.

 

If you haven't manually setup a firewall or installed an antivirus, then there isn't anything setup. I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • What OS is your Note 5 running?
  • Do you have any other device that you could try installing the app on to test?
