I just got a new Samsung 8s and have gone through and reset everything but I can't get notifications. I have had my Fitbit ultra for a few years. Help!

Hi there @Bluzfn, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community!  Galaxy S8/S8+ has been recently added to our official supported devices list.

 

There are still some tweaks being worked out, so there might be users who still have issues with the pairing process or with notifications. In the meantime  please give our troubleshooting tips a try: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

Any idea when galaxy 8s will be compatible with my Fitbit Alta for notifications

Hi there @Bluzfn good to see you again. No, at this moment as moderators we do not have further details of a timeline when the full compatibility with the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be available. The reason of this is due to not all users are experiencing this issue, so it require more in depth investigation.
