Apps for Versa won't show

I want to change the clock, but if i open the Fitbit mobile app and tap on the device icon, the next page remains empty. Is there a bug? 

I don't have an update on my mobile for fitbit. 

(using Android).

You could try a force shutdown of the Fitbit App or clear cache, but probably simpler to reboot the phone, it might clear it.

The first thing I would try is a shutdown of the app through the phone settings. A swipe off the screen does not shut the Fitbit app down.
