So basically anytime I go to "All apps", it takes WAY to long to load! So frustrating and I can never load anything!

Thanks for bringing this up.
It could be related to the internet connection taking a bit to load. My suggestion in this case would be to log out of the app, restart the internet connection and then open the app to try to load the apps again.
