Apps supported for text notifications on Alta

I have an Alta and a Samsung Galaxy S6. The notifications only work with the stock Messages app, when I definitely prefer Message+ or another app. Are there any other supported apps, or will other apps be supported with updates?

@BranGr I've heard of users experiencing issues with compatibility on Message+, but I can confirm that using Google Hangouts as a default text notifications app works wonderfully. Not sure what other apps work well as I've only tried the stock Android messaging app and Hangouts but if you do try others, make sure you set them as default app in Android OS settings and in the Fitbit app settings. Let me know what you find out.
