Please advise when the app will be fixed. Sincethe update to the app on August 24th, nothing is syncing with my phone. I have tried the troubleshooting that I've read in the directions and the tutorials numerous times, and nothing seems to work. This is an expensive watch and I would like it to work. Please advise of an ETA.

I got everything running smoothly Thursday evening. Things were tracking and synching perfectly. As of yesterday, nothing is synched again. I'm at a loss.
