I am using an Android phone, automatic sync is on but it is not working. I have to mamuamam enter my steps and work outs. Several different times the clock loses a couple hours. I keep it charged up all the time. How can I correct this ?

I'm assuming that you mean all day sync @Jessimay

When you open the Fitbit app on your phone the app should sync your tracker. Then the steps on the tracker should show in the app. Is this not happening?

What phone do you have?

Hello @Jessimay and @Rich_Laue.

As always, thanks for being around to help @Rich_Laue. Thank you for sharing all of those details @Jessimay.

@Jessimay It is important to keep in mind that in order for the Fitbit to sync, the app needs to stay open in the background and Bluetooth needs to stay on at all times. Could you confirm if you are doing both of these? Please also answer the questions @Rich_Laue asked.

I look forward to your reply.
