In case no one noticed: the split pace and the average pace are identical in the app. As average pace, the app only tells you the current split pace, not the average pace of your run.

I was about to put another post on the subject after viewing the following (very old) post

As reported in the previous post and in this one the feature is still not working.
Given the time it hasn't been working I assume there must be some kind of marketing strategy behind it
However, I like the Fitbit platform (especially the nutrition, I use TrainingPeaks as a training platform) and I am considering buying a watch. I could easily buy a(n inexpensive) Garmin, but that would make the handling of the calories in Fitbit a bit more complicated.
Question:
Does a Fitbit watch visualize the correct split pace even when connected to a supported Android phone?
