BLAZE won't hold a charge

My blaze would not charge at all. I read that I would need to reset it. I did the reset and I charged it over night and it showed I had a full battery after 3hours the battery has drained out.

Hi, @deeher! Have you tried cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the tracker and on the charger? I've found occasionally that even though it says it gets a full charge, it's not actually doing so.
