BMI is zero.

My BMI has dropped to zero. All other relevant data is correct ie weight and height. This is a bug.

@tar99   Fitbit will need a few more details if this is a new bug.  Please list your phone brand, Android OS, and Fitbit app version.  Also, please include a screenshot that shows where this is appearing in the Fitbit app.

@tar99 Thanks for reaching out about the BMI shown on the app. 

Just to be clear, you mean BMI as in Body Mass Index? Do you have an Aria 2 scale? Or do you mean BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)? If possible please add a screenshot of this issue in your next post. Thanks in advance!

If it is related to the BMR, I guess you calorie count throughout the day remains at zero and only the calories from your sport activities is showing. Right? Please try logging out of your account and then back in. It could be an issue with the way the information is displayed on the app. By logging back in, all information will be loaded onto the app again.
