Two days ago I reached an all time high of over 50,000 steps and did not receive my badge. I really want to have that. Can you please check on this for me. Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums @Klmwings.
I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That will force everything to be reloaded from the servers and thus should help in getting it all to work.

The same thing has happened to me. I walked 30,000 in one day and no badge. I've tried logging out and back in on my Fitbit app and even uninstalled the app and installed it again, still no badge. Anything else I can try?

I haven't gotten a badge in over 6 months and im very active with my Fitbit

I haven’t had my Sahara badge update to the Nile and I have over that lifetime amount of miles logged. This was part of what had me continue with Fitbit instead of changing to a different fitness device. Anyone else having these type problems. Please update my account.
