I'm using the charge 3 with Huawei P20 Pro. Set up yesterday and only got basic sleep last night (awake, restless, sleeping). Ive placed the tracker further up my wrist to the recommended fingers width from my wrist bone to see if that makes a difference tonight. Even on the pc dashboard it's only bringing up basic sleep stats. Also had no call or text notifications today at all. They were working yesterday. I did do a reboot earlier just to see if it made any difference to which it didn't.

Regarding the sleep concern you're experiencing, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Please go to your sleep logs, tap on the actual basic sleep log and scroll down, you should find a message explaining you the reason why Sleep Stages were not recorded. To move forward with this, please let me know which error message you received.
About notifications, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
