My Versa is only about 4 months old and my battery is starting to drain fast. It used to last 4 days, now only 1.5 days. I'm doing nothing different with it.

Yes!! I could go 3-4 days without even getting close to needing to charge my Versa. Now suddenly, if I charge it in the morn it is dead by the time I go to bed.

I'm very aggravated and am going to return it if this doesn't get resolved shortly.

Mine is also less than 3 months old from date of purchase

Ugh, I hit the accept as a solution when scrolling...this is NOT resolved.

My battery is NOT performing as it should.

Please help Fitbit support.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I bought it right before Christmas and would easily get 4+ days on a charge. Within the past week, I am lucky if I get 2 days.

I called fitbit and they had me run a test to show them how long it took for the battery to drain.

After seeing the results, Fitbit send me a new one asap.

Great customer service as always once I actually called and spoke with a rep.

Thank you! I will call as soon as I get a chance. It is barely lasting 24 hours now.
