I am on my second Charge 3 after first one was deemed faulty. Now my 2nd one is showing as having no battery left on the fitbit screen when on the app and after a full nights charge it shows fully charged.

Not really sure which one to trust.

@lancastriananda Hi you don't need to be able to swipe to restart - plug the charger in connect it as if you were charging making sure the button is slap bang in the middle of the gap provided it should vibrate and show the battery / if its frozen it may just vibrate - then hold the button in for 8 seconds ish and you should get a smile icon and another vibrate

only needs a soft reset

Thanks for this. Unable to restart device because it doesn't allow me to
swipe from the clock face. Just cannot get to anothet screen at all using
the fitbit. Swiping in all directions but nothing.
