I am on my second Charge 3 after first one was deemed faulty. Now my 2nd one is showing as having no battery left on the fitbit screen when on the app and after a full nights charge it shows fully charged.
Not really sure which one to trust.

@lancastriananda Hi you don't need to be able to swipe to restart - plug the charger in connect it as if you were charging making sure the button is slap bang in the middle of the gap provided it should vibrate and show the battery / if its frozen it may just vibrate - then hold the button in for 8 seconds ish and you should get a smile icon and another vibrate
only needs a soft reset

@lancastriananda Hi and Welcome - when you charged your tracker did it show as charging? if not plug in and put unto charge to check - while its attached if all looks well you may need to reset your device - you can do this as described in the following article failing that you may need to contact customer support
How do I restart my Fitbit device
hope this helps let us know if It gets resolved or if you had to go to support
remember first charge is the longest and can take up to 5 hours
Kind Regards
