Hi there! My Versa lite battery drained completely in under 2 days. I recharged it last night, took it off at 11:30pm at 100%. Now at 6am the battery is at 51%. This is new, haven't had this issue at all until now. Help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared with me, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa Lite was designed to last 4 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
