Not receiving notifications on Versa 2

I have recently bought fitbit versa 2 and it has been only two weeks. I was receiving the notifications and the calls very well during the first few days. I did not use the fitbit for sometime and when i used it today I am not receiving anything.

I have tried all the suggestions that are available and still I am not receiving any calls or notifications on the device. I have even restarted my android phone multiple times and it did not resolve the issue.

I have even checked that my fitbit has the latest firmware. Can anyone help me with this.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
