Hello @Cynthia55 to see your badges, etc, in the Fitbit app, tap your photo in the top left, then on the next page tap your photo again.
Note, I've moved your post to the android forum.
Thank you, Rich! Oddly, my best day achievement stats updated recently, although, not according to the most steps but most floors. I can't see best day on my android, but I did see all the badges. I can only see best day on the computer.
Best Answer@Cynthia55 you are not alone in this. Mine haven't changed since 2017 the first couple of weeks I had my fitbit.
The dashboard on line for some reason doesn't update this information, which is annoying as it isn't available in the android app. This has been raised before but I don't recall ever seeing an answer to it. Why they would leave it up in that state is strange to say the least.
Same issue here...haven't updated since my first day in the app, 3 years ago...
For me it shows me with 55K steps when on 4/7/21 I did 100,000 steps. I wonder if it is a computer that is suppose to make changes or humans. I must be computers. Someone in Fitbit needs to fix this annoying miss in peoples personal best. They work hard to achieve these goals etc.

Hello everyone.
@LindsayC215 Thanks for reaching out about the best achievement stats.
This seems to be a general issue. In my case it shows data from 2019 too. It has not updated in years. I will report this once again and let you know what I find out. Thanks again. I appreciate your patience.
